How BuddyLeader protects your clients' data in Switzerland

Where is the data stored?
Exclusively on servers hosted in Switzerland (Infomaniak, Geneva data centres), not in the United States. Data at rest lives in Switzerland; data in transit passes through the European edge (Frankfurt) with no US transit before arriving in Switzerland. In concrete terms: your client records, quotes and figures do not leave Swiss territory.
Who can access it?
You. The business owns its data; access follows the least-privilege principle (financial data stays reserved to the owner/office) and any sharing with a client or partner is scoped and time-bounded (it expires when the job closes). It is one access rule, the same everywhere.
Does the AI train on my data?
No. No external foundation model trains on our customers' data. The AI uses your information to do your work (price a quote, triage a message), not to feed a third-party model. A quote's price, for example, is computed deterministically from your catalogue — not guessed and not «learned» elsewhere.
The nDSG, in plain terms
The nDSG is Switzerland's data protection law (in force since September 2023). «nDSG-compliant» means the processing of your personal data follows these rules: clear purpose, security, individual rights.
